A year together
A gentle foundation for daily meditation practice
Online and self-paced
Most of us don’t need another thing to improve or manage.
What we do need is a way to come back to ourselves when we get pulled away.
A Year Together is a gentle container for building a steady meditation practice over time. Not by doing it perfectly, but by learning how to return to the breath, the body, and the present moment, again and again.
This practice doesn’t ask you to become someone better or different. It invites you to meet yourself where you are and remember that you already belong.
A Year Together offers space to explore five layered elements of my meditation practice over time.
Each element is shared through a short, self-paced mini course, with simple explanations, guided audio and video practices, and gentle exercises designed to support a meditation practice that feels natural and personal.
Along the way, there will also be optional opportunities to practice together online and ask questions that arise.
The five elements include:
Breath awareness – noticing the breath as it is
Body awareness – listening to the body as it is
Conscious breathing – exploring nourishing ways of breathing
Softening and relaxation – inviting ease where it’s possible
Connection with the flow of life – experiencing breath as acts of belonging and contributing
The intention is to help meditation become a natural part of life, something you can return to when you need it.
