That air you are breathing is a gift of life.

A gift to you from the plants and trees, who are supported by the waters, and sun, and soil, and creatures big and small.

You are not alone, or separate, no matter how much you might feel you are. We need each other and each other needs us.

Each of us is part of a resilient and nourishing web of life. Our big challenges (environmental, economic, human rights, mental health) are symptoms of our disconnect from our selves, our communities and our natural rhythms and habitats.

We are in the midst of a huge transformation. We are becoming aware of our inner and outer disconnection, and the impacts it has on our health and wellbeing, our relationships, and our home, Mother Earth.

More than ever we are being called to heal, advocate, restore, stand up, and live in a way that feels good and right - where all life is recognized for its inherent value and right to a good life.

It’s time to step into a conscious, embodied awareness of our interdependence - we need each other - and needing each other is a beautiful thing.

Mother Earth is calling us home.

It starts with our breath.
