Chantal Garneau is a meditation facilitator and municipal councillor in the Town of Halton Hills, Ontario. Her approach has grown through many years of personal practice and guiding others in slowing down and coming back to themselves, not as a technique to master, but as a practice to return to over time.

Her way of teaching is attentive and responsive, allowing space for each person’s experience while holding a shared rhythm. The practice is grounded in awareness and gentleness, and is meant to be lived in ordinary moments.
