Practice Circle
If life has been feeling a little full
or a little tight lately,
and something in you senses
it doesn’t have to feel this way,
this is a place to pause and breathe together.
A monthly breath practice
to help us feel at home
in ourselves,
in community,
and in the web of life.
You don’t have to hold everything alone.
A simple rhythm
Breath is life.
With each inhale we receive vitality and nourishment from the web of life.
With each exhale we share that nourishment back.
Inhale: belonging.
Exhale: contributing.
Right here, simply with our inhale and exhale,
we are belonging and contributing.
As we practice this rhythm together, many people rediscover something that has been missing:
space
ease
and a quiet joy.
How the Practice Circle works
Once every 30 days we gather online via Zoom for a guided practice together.
That session is recorded and becomes the shared practice for the month ahead.
Throughout the month we return to that practice, knowing others in the circle are returning to the same rhythm.
The recording is easy to access through the membership page and the WhatsApp group.
Some may return to the recording every day.
Others may return when they need a moment to pause and reconnect.
You are always welcome to join the live gathering, but it is not required.
The intention of the Practice Circle is to support your practice without adding pressure, guilt, or force.
During the month I also share short audio reflections and cues in an optional private WhatsApp group.
These are simple invitations to pause and reconnect with yourself.
The first live Practice Circle will take place Saturday, March 21 at 10am.
Future gatherings take place every 30 days, so the day and time naturally shift.
Practice gently.
