Restoring Connection.
When the problems of the world are overwhelming and I feel like I have little to no power or control to do anything on a large scale, I remember that I am PART of the Universe. I am PART of the Earth. Just like my leg is part of me.
Waking up.
I am from a spark of light that encompasses all life. I am from a deep well of love. I am from the mountains and the rivers. I am from the sunsets and sunrises. I am from the soil and the sky.
